Arrow Exterminators Celebrates 10 Years as Parade Sponsor |
ATLANTA, GA
--- For the past decade Arrow Exterminators' employees have been amusing
spectators on Peachtree Street
by participating in the annual Children's Healthcare of Atlanta® (CHOA) Christmas
Parade. This was an especially exciting year for Arrow
who celebrated their 10th anniversary at the event with over forty enthusiastic
walkers who expertly maneuvered a two story festive balloon down the three mile
route.
In its 27th
year, the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta® parade commences The Festival of Trees, a month long
philanthropic holiday event to raise money for Children's pediatric hospitals
Scottish Rite, Egleston and Hughes Spalding.
Ranked as one of the top three pediatric hospitals in the country by Child® magazine, CHOA enhances the lives
of children through excellence in patient care, research and education.
"The parade has become an
annual holiday tradition for our employees, some of whose own lives have been
touched by the valuable services provided by Children's" commented Joe Thomas,
CEO of Arrow Exterminators. "We are very
fortunate to have this outstanding care available in our own back yard and
Arrow is thrilled to be affiliated with this worthwhile event" he added.
Arrow Exterminators was
founded in 1964 and is the 10th largest termite and pest control
company in the U.S. with 59 offices located in Arizona, Florida, Georgia,
Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
