General overview:
The membership committee conducts a membership drive each spring prior to the beginning of the July 1st membership year. However, the committee is also dedicated to reaching out to both members and non-members throughout the membership year to ensure that communication remains open between members and the Association and to encourage participation from every PMP.

Current committee news:
There are currently 28 active and 5 branch members who have not paid their 08-09 dues.  We are asking each local association to call these members to encourage them to pay their dues to remain a current member.  A list of unpaid members will be given to each local association at the Board meeting.

Membership Committee Bylaw Definition – The Membership Committee is responsible for filing an investigative report on applicants for membership. The committee may approve new membership; however any rejection of an applicant must be approved by the Board of Directors.
