WDI Inspector Recertification Training |
Every VPMA Certified WDI Inspector must recertify by June 30 of the year of expiration. You will be notified by mail prior to your expiration date of the next available recertification workshop. Please be sure to keep VPMA informed of any changes to your employment and/or mailing address so that we can notify you of this required training. The recertification training consists of a half-day classroom training session.
The next rectertification workshop will be held in Richmond on November 19, 2008, 8:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
|
Attendees will participate in problem solving case studies, hear presentations
from real estate and legal professionals, and discuss gray areas of WDI Inspections.
As of January 1, 2003 inspectors are no longer required to take an examination
to recertify. This change was implemented to better align the VPMA program
with VDACS recertification process, and to allow for more instruction and discussion
time.
