Hello PWIPM VA!

I hope everyone is doing well.

Planning Meeting, August 10, 2026 at 6 pm

I’d like to bring our chapter together for a short virtual meeting on Monday, August 10^th at 6pm, so we can align on upcoming initiatives and delegate work across a few focused teams. This will help us move forward with clarity, shared ownership, and momentum. 

Here’s the proposed agenda:

• Quick chapter update and priorities
• Review of ongoing and upcoming initiatives
• Formation of small working teams
• Delegation of tasks and next steps

My goal is to make this meeting efficient, collaborative, and supportive of everyone’s bandwidth. Once we meet, each team will have clear direction and manageable action items.
