Vendors: Virginia Pest Management Summit Registration is OPEN!
In its 21st year, the Virginia Pest Management Summit (previously known as the State Technical Meeting) has set new goals to reach new heights. The VPMA Board and Education Planning Committee continue to pour their energy into making this state meeting the best it can be.

2026 Exhibit Highlights:
- Flexible Exhibit Packages Choose the option that best fits your company’s goals and budget. Exhibitor Packages include event tickets for one representative, while Premier and Gold Sponsors receive optimal booth placement and tickets for two representatives. À la carte sponsorship opportunities are also available to all vendors, making it easy to build the package that best meets your exhibit needs.
- Exhibit Hall Makeover! A modified exhibit hall floor plan designed to guide attendee traffic past every vendor, maximizing visibility and engagement for all exhibitors. Premier & Gold sponsors will be inside the general session room and the VPMA Registration area will be adjacent to the general exhibits in the pre-conference area.
- Exhibit Hall Fun!Exhibit Hall Bingo on Management Day and Five Card Draw Poker during the President’s Reception will encourage attendees to visit vendors throughout the hall, make connections, and compete for prizes along the way.
- Let the Games Begin! PestFest and Casino Night return to the Summit! Enjoy the PestFest dinner banquet and awards ceremony, then try your luck at casino gaming—all while helping raise funds for the VPMA Scholarship Program. Included in your exhibitor registration packet (2 representative tickets for Sponsors, 1 representative ticket for exhibitors)
- Driving Up Engagement — The VPMA Board and Education Committee have set ambitious goals to grow Summit attendance. A targeted marketing plan, backed by a dedicated budget, will reach PMPs beyond our membership—helping ensure the companies and decision-makers you want to meet are at the Summit.
