Thriving Together as Females in the Workplace

Join the PWIPM VA Chapter and colleagues from around Virginia to explore how women can thrive together in the workplace with Lesia Van Syckle, founder of Coffee Cohorts (https://www.coffeecohorts.com/).

This is a transformative workshop where we'll explore strategies for success, joy, empowerment, and collaboration for women in the professional pest management industry.

In preparation of this workshop, please grab your favorite coffee or drink so this can be all about you!

In this engaging and interactive session, you'll:

  • Hear from each other about the most common shared feelings in the work place
  • Learn a tool that will support you to create the feelings you desire
  • Connect with like-minded women who share your passion for personal growth
  • Explore strategies for building confidence, resilience, and how to thrive in any professional setting
  • Receive practical tips and tools for achieving work-life balance, managing stress, and cultivating a fulfilling career

This workshop is for you, whether you are new to the industry or seasoned. Together, we'll create a supportive and empowering space where you can gain valuable insights, build meaningful connections, and finish with a fresh set start to your next day!
