Because of the national health crisis surrounding the Coronavirus, VPMA has decided to cancel the VPMA WDI Workshop scheduled for March 31st. We hope to reschedule the event once the current situation settles. Remember, you can recertify online at vastatetechmeeting.com.

Cost: $85 VPMA Member/$100 Non-member

If you are already a VPMA Certified WDI Inspector, you must recertify every 2 years. To maintain your certification you can take an in-person course or take an online course. The cost for either option is $85 member/$100 non-member.

If you are due to expire on June 30, 2020, you can use this course to recertify. Since you are renewing before your expiration date you do not have to retest. If your certification has already expired, you can still renew in-person or online, but must take and pass the exam .

Below is an brief explanation for Virginia, followed by  links for letters that can be carried by technicians in Virginia and surrounding states.
In Virginia, pursuant to Gov. Northam's Executive Order 55 2.a on March 30, 2020, all public and private in-person gatherings of more than ten individuals are prohibited. This includes parties, celebrations, religious, or other social events, whether they occur indoor or outdoor. This restriction does not apply: a. To the operation of businesses not required to close to the public under Executive Order 53
Remember: You are not required to continue operations, but if you do you have the responsibility to follow CDC Guidelines on social distancing and disinfection of common surfaces, and in Virginia, you may not have a gathering of more than 10 people.
This information is normally preserved for members of VPMA, but during this pandemic that efffects the entire Industry VPMA is making information available to all PMPs. As a member based organization we rely on our members to fund the efforts of VPMA.
